Applications
Below are the applications for the most commonly requested public land services. Application fees may be paid with cash or check only; we are unable to accept payment by credit card at this time. Checks should be made out to the Kenai Peninsula Borough. Completed applications may be submitted in person at the LMD office on the top floor of the George A. Navarre Admin Building or may be mailed to: Land Managment Division, 144 N. Binkley Street, Soldotna, AK 99669.
Utility Right-of-Way Permits
- General Utility Right-of-Way Use Base Fee $500
- Individual Utility Construction Project Base Fee $50
Permits for Borough-Managed Material Sites
- Small Quantities Materials Base Fee $25
- Commercial Quantity Application for Sand/Gravel Base Fee $300
- Commercial Application for Rip Rap Base Fee $300
- Woody Debris Disposal $8.50 per cubic yard
