Please Note: Registered Voters and Ballots Cast does not equate to voter turnout. The report generated by our election software also includes the ballots cast for the cities of Homer, Kenai, Seldovia, Seward and Soldotna as well as those cast for the Borough election. In the Cities of Homer and Kenai, every city voter is eligible to receive 2 ballots (1 city, 1 borough); in the cities of Seward and Soldotna, voters who reside in the city limits are eligible to receive 2 ballots (1 city, 1 borough). In Seldovia every voter was mailed a borough ballot. The City of Seldovia conducted an in person election at the Library on election day.
