Purpose of an Advisory Planning Commission:

  • Provide residents with an additional avenue to participate in land use planning activities proposed for their community; and
  • Provide recommendations to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission and, to the Assembly when requested by majority vote of the assembly on land use planning and public land management issues which may affect the existing and/or future character of the community. 

2023 Moose Pass Survey
The Moose Pass Advisory Planning Commission is requesting participation in a survey concerning the Moose Pass community. The to participate, you must complete the survey by July 31, 2023. This survey is intended for residents of Moose Pass - please remember to enter the access code sent to you via mail.

For members of hte community that do not have access to electronic devices or are having technical difficulties, paper surveys, envelopes, and a drop box will be available at the Moose Pass Sportsman's Club.
