Responsible for the administration of the Kenai Peninsula Borough's human resources programs and functions including employee and labor relations, organizational design and development, policies and procedures, performance management and health plan administration.  Responsible for oversight of the  Seward and Homer Borough annex offices, mail/copy center, and custodial functions.
