The Bear Creek Fire and Emergency Service Area was established in 1977 to provide fire protection and emergency medical response for the Seward Bear Creek area which stretches from mile 3.5 to mile 8 on the Seward Highway.  Under mutual aid agreements, the Service Area also responds to incident outside the service area.

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm. (unless otherwise noted)

The Service Area Board will hold it's next regular meeting on:

April 9, 2024, at 7:00 pm 

The meetings will be held at 13105 Seward Hwy, Mile 5 as well as on zoom.
