About Us
The Western Emergency Service Area was established in 2021 to provide fire protection and ambulance service to the Anchor Point and Ninilchik areas. The service area board is made up of five members that are appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the assembly.
Meeting Schedule
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, at 6:30 pm. (unless otherwise noted)

Establishing Ordinance 2020-31
KPB Ordinance 2020-31 established the Western Emergency Service Area.
