The City of Homer is offering ICS-300 training, Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents and ICS-400, Advanced ICS Command and General Staff for Complex Indicents.  These courses provide an in-depth training for people serving as command and general staff in major incidents.

The class will be held November 5 - 9, 2018 from 8:00am to 5:00pm at South Peninsula Hospital in Homer.  There is no cost to attend the class, however costs for travel and per diem are the responsibility of the individual or sponsoring organization.  Exact course logistics will be provided via e-mail prior to the course start date.

All participants must have the following pre-requisite courses completed at registration and must submit them with the application form:

IS-100, Introduction to the Incident Command System

IS-200, ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents

IS-700, National Indicent Management System, An Introduction

IS-800, National Response Framework, An Introduction
