The 2018 Kenai Peninsula Borough Real Property Assessment Roll has been completed and assessment notices mailed to the last known address of all property owners. The Kenai Peninsula Borough Board of Equalization hearings are scheduled to begin May 21, 2018. A person receiving an assessment notice must advise the Assessor of any errors or omissions. Alleged errors in valuation not adjusted by the Assessor to the taxpayer’s satisfaction may be appealed to the Board of Equalization.

Appeal forms with appropriate filing fee must be postmarked or received by the Borough Clerk, 144 N. Binkley Street, Soldotna, Alaska, 99669 no later than 5:00 p.m. March 30, 2018.
